Mark has been such a fantastic agent to work with, I can highly recommend his and Upside's services. Mark's advice, professionalism and diligence has meant we were able to sell our property at a great price, particularly in this uncertain COVID period. Mark provided ongoing updates on how the property was tracking and insights on the potential buyers, which was greatly appreciated. Upside's flat rate fee does not diminish from the great services they provide; and it was comforting knowing the price for the services rather than a percentage of a commission. This also meant more money in our pockets.
