28/11/2018 I decided to engage Mark Hopkins for the Sale of my house at 3 Charlton Avenue. Mark is well known locally and carries a position of high professional respect within the local community. After engaging with a range of potential agents Mark showed good personal skills for communication and negotiation and gave a realistic range of valuations for my property. I found Mark to be a highly professional, experienced negotiator and thought that I could certainly work with him throughout the sales campaign. Our sales campaign fell within the present spring downturn of 2018, but Mark achieved a great result within the initial pricing expectation. When we met Mark he was acting for the seller of a property we ended up purchasing, so we were not his client.
