Mark brought to my attention an off market property which was an open listing with other Agents. He showed me the property and answered all the relevant questions. The Vendors did not want to be disturbed, so Mark facilitated their wishes and was very considerate of their needs. The Contract was produced in a timely manner and issues were raised with the terminology of the Title Deeds. Mark worked diligently for several weeks in resolving these and put us in touch with conveyances and solicitors who provided answers to the issues. At no time did I feel pressured or under duress throughout the whole process. He remained calm and provided solutions. Mark negotiated with propriety, and facilitated the signing of the Contract of Sale. Even when an issue arose with that, it was dealt with calmly and in a timely manner. We purchased a property in through Mark in late 2016. The seller was an older couple who really wished to avoid stampedes through their property. While unquestionably working for the seller he was excellent at negotiating an agreement prior to any auction that resulted in a sale for the owners and a lovely new property for us leaving everyone happy.
