Mark surprised me the second time! This is the second investment property that Mark sold for me in a very short space of time. At first, we weren't too sure about Mark but then it was evident that he would tell us things when he thought we needed to know (there's part of him that likes surprises). I guess that if we had wanted more communication then we could have asked but we enjoyed not being contacted all the time about insignificant issues.
