Clear, honest, reliable and respectful are hardly the traits you find that most agents have – that being said Mark has all of these in bucketful’s. He is calm and measured without being pushy and is quick to deal with any issues passed his way and I would welcome the opportunity of buying and selling with him in the future.
Mark sold a unit for me between Dec 16 and Feb 17. He offered a well-researched pitch to win the business, and the gap between 'pitch' and 'outcome' was (happily) vanishingly small - and where there was a gap, it was actually positive for me. He always communicated clearly, and was happy to go the extra mile in terms of chasing down info / docs when the legal process got bumpy. He was a good (and, to me, calming) person to have on my side through the sale process. Highly recommended.
