When selecting an agent don't be fooled by other who will try and sell you on inflated price expectations. Mark's read of the market was accurate and he delivered on what he said he would. Due to a softening market our expectations were not met at auction but over the following days Mark's diligent follow-up and negotiating got us the result we were after.

Mark has always managed to find a good buyer for us. At times his prices achieved for our sales of units have exceeded our expectations. Quite recently, we sold an apartment, within a market that is currently patchy with lower clearance rates. We felt fortunate that Mark had found a buyer and although we would have liked to have achieved a higher price, we had to be realistic and accept that we had certainly given it our best shot. We were reassured to know that from our previous experiences with Mark, we had used the best available agent in South Yarra.
