I recently sold a newly renovated 1860's home in Drummond Street CARLTON through Mark Konishi at Hocking Stuart. The property was excellently supported with a strong advertising campaign and styled beautifully through a third party stylist provided to us by Mark. The property presented well and was campaigned more earnestly than any I have ever seen or sold. The house was open more than any other we have had, and we had almost 300 groups through inspections. The property was sold after 6 weeks for a price being the third highest price ever gained for a single fronted home in Carlton.
