For us, the five things we felt were most important when selecting a real estate agent to sell our property was: their knowledge, contact network, negotiating skills, administrative competence and general friendliness. In our opinion Mark rates a 10 out of 10 on each on these criteria. We originally met Mark a few years prior to selling our property at an open for inspection for a property we were interested in buying. From the get go we felt comfortable dealing with Mark. Personality wise, he is friendly but no-nonsense. There is no hard sell faux slickness that we think some lesser agents feel they need to engage in. Mark doesn’t need to do this. He is beyond that rubbish. This was one of the reasons we liked him. In between first meeting him and ultimately selling through him we called on Mark a number of times for property advice. He was always willing to help and we always appreciated the insights he provided us. We’d have no hesitation using Mark again.
