This property was sold 25% above the reserve price. Originally it was dilapidated and in need of repair. Mark and his assistant Alex organised everything including waste removal, painting, cleaning and hire furniture which complimented the presentation. We were referred to a solicitor and apart from signing documents we are not troubled even to the extent of collecting the deposit and sales proceeds.We were kept informed at every stage and provided with statistics regarding open houses and potential buyers. Communication was outstanding. The sales campaign and subsequent auction went exactly as predicted by Mark. A team of Hockingstuart staff was on hand at the auction and their input was professional and excellent. We were happy to accept his advice which was always good. Overall we were delighted with the whole experience and cannot recommend the agents at Hockingstuart more highly.It is good that there are agents out there who take the worry out of selling a home and Mark Konishi did just that.

After comparing with several other agents we felt that Mark was the true expert in South Yarra and provided the best fit for my wife and I.
