Mark provided a detailed marketing plan and knowledge of the market. I believe he negotiated well with the potential vendors. I had major issues with the company who provided display furniture for the open for inspections. They damaged some items in storage, refused to return pieces and dumped other junk furniture at my address while refusing to answer any of my calls. Without Mark’s intervention and continued follow up, I very much doubt this would ever have been resolved.
Mark was able to gauge the market, and negotiate with a keen prospective buyer, so that the sale was concluded in the short time available before Xmas, thus saving the cost and uncertainty of a later Auction. Well done and many thanks Peter & Gillian Webb

A difficult purchaser did not provide a deposit as promised on completion of the extra conditions to the already signed contract. This resulted in a supreme court action which was looking to be costly. Mark averted the action and additional costs through clear and clever negotiation. Interestingly the price achieved for the property was 35% higher than a same / similar property 2 doors down carried out in the very same month.
