Mark is a hard-working agent who was great at being in touch during the sale campaign for my South Yarra apartment. I trust Hocking Stuart South Yarra, and Mark in particular, for their extensive knowledge of the South Yarra market. Mark is a great salesperson who, together with Georgia, achieved an excellent sale price.

Our experience with Mark was fantastic. He even managed to sell our apartment without placing an add online. This was a difficult challenge we set for him. He willingly took it on and delivered. Saving us thousands in advertising costs in the process and achieving a great final sale price. His local knowledge was extensive and he was a pleasure to deal with. Even assisting us with some friendly advice for our next purchase after the sale was done. I have to also mention his assistant Georgia Whitford was a huge help in the process bringing a lot of professionalism and skill to a great team.

Charlotte and Myself were lucky enough to have Mark and his team onboard in the selling of our block apartment at 27 Darling st South Yarra. Mark and his talented team were more than knowledgeable and professional during the entire process, from organising inspections, handling advertising and liaising with potential clients Mark was always on the ball. We couldn't have asked for a better and reliable agent, they definitely delivered!!! But above all.......just a great bloke to have a around. Josh

Mark is a very experienced agent to work with. He knows the market and works with the seller to bring about a good outcome.

Mark returned all of my phone calls, texts and emails very quickly and was very friendly and helpful. He is very professional and I would highly recommend him.

Mark was great to deal with - assisting me in my first property purchase.

Mark is a great salesman who was hard working and good at communicating throughout our campaign. Most importantly our result at auction far exceeded our expectations. I would highly recommend him to other vendors.

Last week Mark managed to achieve an amazing sale price for my South Yarra investment unit well above my expectations. As I was a first time seller I needed lots of advice and direction, Mark was always available and willing to help me above and beyond my expectations. I felt very comfortable with Mark in charge and never worried at all during the pre-sale preparations. As auction day approached things began to happen very fast and within 24 hours my unit was sold before auction at a price I still cannot get my head around! I am very pleased to recommend Mark to anyone with a property to sell. You will be totally "impressed". Thank you Mark and Georgia for making this a wonderful experience instead of the stressful on I had anticipated. Dianne.

Mark has been very professional n courteous throughout the sale campaign. All my phone call were promptly returned n my questions answered. I would use his expertise should I have another property to sell!!

When I was looking for an apartment last year I was fortunate enough to become involved with Mark Konishi as the agent and can only say I was very satisfied indeed with his treatment of me and how easy he made the transaction process for me . As an elderly person on my own I was guided through the process of purchase with compassion and patience so would never hesitate to recommend Mark as excellent person to use in a Real Estate matter.

Mark Konishi marketed my property in Medley Place South Yarra and I couldn't have asked for a better result. His professionalism and attention to details were second to none. He even managed to sell it before I had to go through the process of open houses - the first time he took anyone through, it was sold. And he achieved a higher price than I had first anticipated . I cannot recommend Mark highly enough.

Positive communication during negotiation and ongoing communication beyond signing of contract, Mark sets the standard very high in an industry which so many struggle in. His ongoing support has made the selection of his team to manage the property during rental an easy one. Thank you for your help Mark.
