Mark and his team provided us with top class service. We live interstate and the whole process could not have been easier. Mark and his team arranged for cleaning, painting and staging and then managed the whole process. We did not have to do a thing. And then to top it off - Mark got us a great price on the day. We would have no hesitation in working with Mark again.

Mark was easy to deal with, very professional and did everything possible to get our price.

We have used Mark and Hocking Stuart as both purchasers and vendors. At all times Mark has done everything in his power to make sure that the transactions went smoothly and I am sure his excellent knowledge of the market in his area provided us with the best possible assistance and made sure that we achieved the best possible result. I cannot recommend him too highly.

Team - Mark’s personal values, sense of Business ethics and probity are very high. A rare find in current environment. My loyalty to both him and his team will remain high.

The advice, guidance and deal execution provided by Mark was excellent. His guidance lead to us getting a price that was beyond our expectations. The service provided by Mark and his team was superb and he is willing to go beyond the call of duty.

I would strongly recommend Mark for his ownership of the job in hand. I was kept informed at all times and he did not hesitate to put in the extra effort on my behalf when needed..

Mark Konishi was the selling agent for my property in Rockley Road South Yarra and produced a fantastic result at the auction. There were in excess of 60 people who turned out on the day which showed that Hocking Stuart had saturated the media and surrounding suburbs with information on the auction. Mark and the team followed through with everything that they told me to expect in relation to the selling process, needless to say that I would recommend Mark and Hocking Stuart for their great effort. Kind regards Peta Seargeant

Our dealing with Mark has been a real pleasure. Mark was efficient and always reply to our request promptly. We would highly recommend him and hopefully deal with him in the near future again Evelyn

Mark was very easy to work with, always available and we felt confident in his local knowledge. We were very happy with our result. Thanks Mark!

We had our property listed with another agent and did not get the result we would be happy with so we took it off the market. 6 months later we re-listed it with Mark and were absolutely blown away by the results - we got over 25% more for the same property and very happily sold it at auction. The area expertise and their strategic approach combined with the superior teamwork of these guys is second to none! I would gladly recommend Mark and his team to any of my friends and family.

Throughout the selling process i was confident i had chosen the right person for the job. Mark performed all aspects of the sale at a expert level and delived a great result

All our business with Mark was done over the phone and E-Mails as we were inter state sellers. Mark was extremely efficient in keeping us informed of all aspects of the marketing of our property and thanks to him we had a speedy and successful outcome. I would not hesitate in recommending Mark to future clients of Hocking Stuart
