Mark is an excellent communicator. He always kept us up to date with his negotiations with buyers and always sought approval for any proposed actions. His negotiation skills achieved an extra $20000 on the sale of our Casey property. He also provided advice to assist us with the purchase of a new house in Taylor. Mark inspected our house and recomended solutions to fix some minor "blemishes" as well as recommending an excellent tradesman to do the work in a high quality manner and at a competitive price. We did a lot of the staging of the house except for one room. He recommended a stylist who did a great job with that room and the patio and negotiated a minimal cost for the work. While Mark always went the extra mile to get the sale, he was always very helpful.
