Professional, very thorough and friendly
The experience we had selling our first home through Suburbia Real Estate was absolutely top notch. The team at Suburbia was very thorough in all regards, be it continually talking to potential buyers - ensuring they were up to date on the progress of the sale, ensuring my wife and I were kept up to date on the proceedings - with phone calls after every open house to tell us their opinions of how it went. Also having access to the internal apps they used, allowing us to track the 'Interested' and 'Not Interested' parties was an awesome surprise - as this information is usually kept in-house and the Sellers have to inquire through the agent as to what's happening, this transparency showed that Suburbia are there to maximize your dollar and aren't afraid to show it. Mark's team of contractors helped get our house in to tip-top shape before going to market - saving us the hassle of having to find our own with potential delays due to availability of generic contractors. The walk through video of the property was very professionally done and allowed people to view the premise in great detail, when they wanted too, without the need to attend the Open Homes, this brought more potential buyers to the market as it allowed interstate buyers, who were not able to make it to the Open Homes - which obviously was a great decision by Suburbia to do, as it was an interstate person that bought the home!
I was recommended Suburbia through a friend and after having an absolute horrid experience with another, more commercial agent, attempting to sell the same property earlier with no luck (and no feedback during the course of the sale attempt, as "we were just another number to them"), I definitely would recommend Suburbia to anyone wanting to sell their property. It was an absolutely lovely experience.
