Great communication, made selling process easy and efficient

We recently sold our home in Latham with Mark and the team. Mark provided clarity and transparency throughout the process, providing realistic valuation from the get-go and stepping us through the whole process of preparing the house for sale and communicating with potential buyers. I was particularly impressed by the way Mark and his team coordinated the process of getting the property ready for sale: they coordinated maintenance work, plumbing, styling/marketing, building inspections, etc., efficiently and kept us up to date via the WhatsApp channel. Once the property was on the market, Mark and the team ran multiple open homes each week and gave us regular updates on all communications with potential buyers; the app they used gave us a running stream of what potential buyers were saying (and Mark would always call after each open home), which gave us a very realistic and clear idea of how much interest there was in the property leading up to the planned auction date. Because of this, it was easy to keep track of incoming pre-auction offers and subsequently gauge the amount of ongoing interest in the property as the price guide was adjusted accordingly, which allowed us to be confident in accepting an offer before going to auction. Overall, a very straightforward process thanks to the efforts of Mark and the team. We would recommend them to others who are considering selling.
