Better than excellent

Mark, Meg and the rest of the Suburbia team were superb...honest, focussed, super efficient, always available, and relentlessly positive. We couldn’t have asked for a better result on the sale and the whole experience was an eye-opener. Mark has great knowledge of the local market and took a lot of trouble to work out a sales strategy with us. He made sure to pitch the property conservatively to generate interest and then well and truly exceeded our expectations on the sale. His attention to detail is remarkable. He made sure every aspect of the property was in the best condition for a sale. The photography and sales spiel were spot on in highlighting the best aspects of the property. Mark's video walk-through was even better, really effectively highlighting the internal spaces and the property’s external aspect. Suburbia’s process for displays worked really well for us too, with live updates about prospective buyers, followed up with calls from Mark to summarise how he thought the sale was going. We had very little to do other than be informed and be reassured as things proceeded. All up - a great experience and result…6 stars out of 5.
