Another outstanding experience with Mark and the team

We first encountered Mark when he sold us this property and we could think of nobody better to approach when the time came for us to move on. Mark had kept in touch over the years and it's something we really appreciated. Mark and the team at Suburbia were outstanding throughout. The pitch was polished, professional and well researched, really demonstrating Mark's market knowledge and experience. The marketing was on point, from the photographer to the ad campaign, and the team delivered four open homes a week plus private viewings. One of the key differences compared to other agents was the video walkthrough, which generated great interest and something we noticed the serious buyers had all really engaged with. The video presented our property so well it almost made us regret leaving! Communication with Mark and the team was quick, responsive and comprehensive, we always knew exactly what had happened and what was coming next. Mark provided great advice at all stages which helped us make good decisions and resulted in a sale that delivered the best possible outcome for us. I don't think that we would have been able to get the outcome we did with another agent. All round, a great experience and we'll not hesitate to reach out to Mark for any future property sales!
