Mark works so hard for his client. He kept me informed all the time. His industry knowledge is amazing. He is very realistic about the appraisal and won't jet up the price to win his client. He is very professional in his way of dealing with his viewers as I went to a few of his exhibitions and was observing how he communicated with the viewers.
