I cannot sing enough praises for Suburbia, Mark, Aaron and the entire team. Our house sale was spontaneous, Suburbia had just sold our friends/neighbours house to astounding success, and fantastic feedback. We met with Mark, which was a lovely and informative meeting, and then without shopping around, signed on the next day. Getting the required paperwork done with their recommended solicitor was a breeze, and really stands in brilliant contrast to our first buying experience. Suburbia's trade recommendations were the best trade experiences we've had, and will be used again when we buy. Once the Opens started, Suburbia's use of Homepass was an extraordinary benefit that allowed us to keep our thumb on the pulse and gain pivotal insight into potential buyers thoughts. As discussed with Mark, we had a desired price, but knew we would require Suburbia's advice on when to accept an offer and when to hold out. The team reassured us as we moved through the process towards auction day, and prior to auction, helped us achieve the price we wanted. To such success, that we had ample choice of bidders to choose from, and were able to accept a lower offer from a young family of first home buyers; that had been a stated wish of ours from the beginning, and one we were ecstatic to realise. The overall experience has left us pinching ourselves a little, zero regrets, and huge smiles on our faces.
