Suburbia have done it again! Mark and his team have made another sale on our behalf as painless as one could only dream of. We didn't anticipate much interest in our little unit, but the usual magic was weaved. We aren't sure if it's the well presented video walk through or the attention to detail in the open home's, whatever the case - it worked. We ended up settling 2 weeks before the auction date.
