Thanks very much for the review Kate. I know we didn’t have hundreds of buyers for your unit but at least the one we did find was serious and was able to move quickly towards exchange and then settlement (despite their Solicitor slowing things down). All the while other units in the building are sticking around unsold and forced to do price reductions.
