Mark is a dynamo.

Mark is enthusiastic, encouraging and supportive. He has great communication skills and presence and uses his natural affability to great effect. I am grateful to have had him guide me through the process of selling two properties almost simultaneously and would recommend him to anyone wanting an open and honest agent.

Best agent around!

Mark was incredibly helpful throughout our entire process. He was so easy to contact and he was really reassuring whenever those nerves or anxiety kicked in. Mark went above and beyond to help us and without him I truly don't know if we would have gotten the outcome we did. If you do anything when selling your home, it should be pick Mark Peel!

I moved to Sandy Beach in 2006 and I met Mark around that time. My house was built in 2007. In 2022-2023, I contacted Mark about selling my house. I dragged my feet and couldn't quite settle on a sale date. Mark was the most patient man and contacted me quietly and respectfully a couple of times - he knew, he intuitively understood, that I wasn't really ready to go down the path of putting my place on the market. It was in late 2024 that I sought Mark's help as I had decided I was ready to sell. What ensured was astounding. The house took 4 days to sell. I can only describe Mark as utterly professional, seamless in the way he organised and brought together the various elements of preparing me and my house for the market, genuine in his concern for me as an older person needing to downsize, always happy to talk with me if I was struggling or unsure of how everything was going. Housing markets are fickle at times and Mark always seemed realistic in describing the housing market in Sandy Beach and surrounds. I had always said that I'd be happy with a certain price; Mark knew the market well and I didn't because he realised a price for me that was way above my own expectations. Whenever we would meet, he was always enthusiastic and rightfully excited about what he was doing. A good real estate agent is one who loves his job - Mark probably won't be retiring for some time yet. For want of a better description, and to draw on a good old Australianism, can I say: "There was never any bullshit with Mark."? I was extremely fortunate to have Mark on my side and I will be forever grateful to him for what he achieved for me. In my humble view, it was a stunning result.

Amazing Agent

Mark sold my parents place in 2 days. The sign went up one day the next it was sold. Moreso to the first people who looked at it. Mark is down to earth, honest and tells it as it is. Mark is a fantastic agent. Dobbs and Co are amazing. Even the rental department head by Natalie Scott.

Mark was able to give us up-to-date information about comparable houses in our area and their selling prices. While maintaining integrity and professionalism, Mark demonstrated enthusiasm for the sale of our house and our local area. Mark’s knowledge of the local environment and its attractions is exceptional. We appreciated his knowledge of the local council mapping tool and other resources available to us as the vendor, but also as prospective purchasers. Mark‘s innovative ideas on how best to market the property was a key factor in the decision to proceed with Mark as our agent. His ongoing support in the process has been invaluable. Mark was always prompt in returning calls, visiting us and responding to text messages. We could not have asked for better response times. As we were overseas at the time of the sale, the use of electronic documentation was very helpful and allowed the sale to proceed seamlessly. Approximately 15 years ago, Mark sold the property to us that we have just sold. In all this time, Mark’s enthusiasm has not waned and on both occasions, it has been a pleasure to work with him. In our estimation, Mark is highly regarded.
