All along I had faith in Mark's abilities, and particularly his polite persistence to achieve the desired outcome with my lovely home. He encouraged me to make my own decisions and provided supportive advice along the way. Ultimately the result came through; I never doubted that it would because throughout the campaign Mark was realistic, honest and encouraging. He was able to 'keep it real' and I believe that this is a key to this kind of success.
