Having bought my house through Mark years ago, I knew that I wanted an agent who was there for me , who was genuine, who cares and is knowledgeable of the mountains property market. I’ve dealt with the larger agents in the mtns and have come away disappointed. So it was a very easy choice for me. From my initial contact to the day my house sold I never felt pressured by Mark, but rather always felt supported and confident that I was in good hands and would achieve the results I was after. Our situation was not straight forward we had hoped to sell the house in October. We had to wait till February. Thru all of this Mark communicated with us. Whilst he was always professional it was much more. I relied on his local knowledge for a variety of people to help get the house ready for market. Once the house was for sale he brought buyers to view the house the first day. It was such a quick sale with the house selling in a matter of days. We were happy with the sale price. Mark came recommended thru some friends in the area. We were so pleased with his overall professionalism and very personal and kind demeanour. Worthy of his 5 star status.

All was going really well with the sale until it came to the cooling-off period. I didn't launch a builder's report, when I bought the property three years before. A foolish but not, as we all discovered, an irretrievable mistake. Thanks to Mark, everyone involved brought a willingness to the table; cool heads and good hearts prevailed in the challenging period that followed. If the situation hadn't already had a foundation of generosity, trust, professionalism and experience, when the cooling-off began, the sale probably wouldn't have happened. The fact that it did is an attribute both to the purchasers, the house and to Mark's commitment and willingness to find a solution where others would walk away.
