When the market is hot, like it currently is , it's easy to sell a house. But finding the right buyer and obtaining a great price takes a well established trusted agent. Mark and the team at Chapmans are just that. My wife and I knew that the right buyer was going to be someone with vision who could see the potential in our home and Chapmans had them. This buyer was also someone who had trusted Mark and the team to show them potential new homes.
