From the first time that Mark came to our house we were very impressed with his presentation and manner. He explained how Chapman would market the property through their VIP system. Mark actually estimated our value a little lower than other agents however we still decided to give the property to his agency to sell as he inspired our confidence more than the others. I dislike agents that over estimate to get the business. Mark was always timely in getting things done and punctual in meeting with us and responding to our queries.
