From first meeting Mark to the point of contract (about 2 or 3 weeks!) it was apparent that he was uniquely thoughtful and flexible in responding to my needs, bringing excellent listening, creativity and respect to what felt more like a collaboration. His expertise and experience were always in play, but he worked with me to ensure my preferences for a more human-centred process.
