Vendors and Purchasers can be hesitant with dealing with RE Agents. Everyone has a horror story. We found the exact opposite with Mark. The property we ended up purchasing was not the first one we had looked at with Mark. We had also looked at other properties with other agents. We just felt at ease with Mark, he was polite with being pushy. Obliging without being overbearing. He met us for multiple inspections on the property we purchased,, once after hours.
