All of our communication with Mark was over the phone or via email as we live interstate and were looking to purchase a property we had seen online. Mark was very attentive to our queries and extremely prompt in his replies and provision of any information we sought in relation to the property we ended up buying. We have family in Yamba who were able to assist us with detailed local knowledge and property inspection so we did not need to rely on Mark for this which means I am unable to comment on these aspect of his work.
