When we meet Mark ( no relation) we were impressed with his energy, vitality and can do attitude. He did not talk the property done like some for a quick sale but offered solutions to acheive the best out come for us. His positive out look and improvement suggestions along with a stager made us feel upbeat about the outcome. Always kept me up to date about interested biers

Mark was incredibly helpful with our property purchase. We always sensed he was being honest and accommodating during the contract preparation and negotiation. After he showed us a few properties we new we wanted the property we decided on so then it became important that our concerns around what we should have in the contract were dealt with and he did that. He was really patient with us at final inspection and he had the few issues we had dealt with promptly. After the sale he lent us a free trailer! The trailer has a large cage and was awesome for the moving task. Then when we had a few issues with our plumbing after we moved in he even organised a great Plumber who sorted our issue inexpensively and pronto. We would recommend Mark without hesitation to our friends and family and will be sure to use him again. Actually we have all ready tasked him to help us rent out our other property.
