From the moment we met, Mark and his team did everything they could to provide us with options and support us through the process of buying a home. Mark has an extensive knowledge of property values in the area, and gave us a thorough and honest appraisal of recent sales. Nothing was too much trouble, and I have no hesitation in recommending him for anyone buying or selling in the area.
Mark presented very well and from my perspective appears very knowledgeable about the market. However I felt let down when I could not speak to him at the time I needed his expertise the most i.e. when the an offer came in and I had to decide on my own what to do. Admittedly, it was after-hours but still, that is what is an agent's bread and butter. I also felt that Mark should have been the one to present the contract and sit in on the signing. Mark's support person Naomi was excellent.
