Mark presented very well and from my perspective appears very knowledgeable about the market. However I felt let down when I could not speak to him at the time I needed his expertise the most i.e. when the an offer came in and I had to decide on my own what to do. Admittedly, it was after-hours but still, that is what is an agent's bread and butter. I also felt that Mark should have been the one to present the contract and sit in on the signing. Mark's support person Naomi was excellent.

Mark and Naomi both went to all lengths to help sell my property as quick and painless as possible. Very competent real estate agents and would definitely deal with them again without hesitation
