After the original listing had expired with no buyer we allowed it to roll into an open listing. Mark had a couple who had looked three times and expressed a liking for our house but needed to sell their own home first, and it needed some repairs. Mark arranged this for them and when completed they listed their home with him and signed a contract to purchase our house subject to sale of their own. Their first buyer pulled out about three days prior to settlement. Mark persevered ringing all those who had expressed interest in their house and found another buyer for them. In the meantime as we were up in North Qld at Ayr everything had to be done by email and fax. There were a couple of delays with the new buyer for their house however Mark held it all together and both sales went through to settlement and we are quite satisfied with the result.
