Very happy with the overall experience, it was fairly simple, I complicated it by conducting the negotiations while I was travelling but this was managed very well and got a good outcome overall.

From the beginning to the end of the process Mark was attentive and really there for us. During the sale process we faced numerous difficulties and Mark handled everything with skill and ease. We never had to worry, because of Mark’s attention to detail and hard work. He answered all our questions clearly and always followed up. He was completely reliable. His attitude was always cheerful and positive, even in difficult circumstances. It was due to his dedication and skill that we got the price we wanted and well within our desired timeframe.
