Mark has been great to work with! He has been consistently supportive, understanding and patient during my first ever purchase. He has been able to answer all of my questions (or promptly sought clarification if/when needed) and has helped me out wherever he can. We were lucky to have Mark Ryan as the principal agent in the sale of our house. Mark is friendly, approachable, a great communicator and most importantly a very experienced agent with vast knowledge of the local real estate market. Mark is always available, very punctual and give us very important advices in tricky situations. It would be fair to say that Mark completely destroyed any prejudices we had against real estate agents.

From the first meeting with Mark to discuss the sale strategy, through the very professional photography session and floor plan description, to the open homes we could not have asked for a better team to support us. We had very high levels of interest at each open home and as a result we were fortunate to have a number of genuinely interested buyers. Given the high level of interest Mark was able to move the process quickly to pre-auction offers and we accepted a price close to the top of our expected range without having to wait for the auction. Mark and the team communicated quickly and openly with us and we felt in complete control of the process. We are very happy clients and will use Belle Property when next we sell.
