First bumped into Mark at a home open a couple of months ago, straight away he had a positive effect, well versed in the property, gave a balance view emphasising the positives and did so in a non intrusive way. When we went to sell the unit a second time, changed agents and thought of Mark straight away. He had a very sound strategy, fantastic communication skills, professional, sincere, tenacious and flexible when selling our unit, could not recommend Mark strongly enough.
