Mark and James, Thank you for your professionalism and support in selling my property in Glebe Gardens. In all aspects the sales process has been a good experience. You ensured requirements ran smoothly, dealing with other organisation’s such as strata management and agencies when needed - and arranging capable, prompt and reasonably priced contractors for the various minor repairs needed. Thanks also for your open and transparent approach and for keeping me updated throughout the process. Sincerely, Brenda Hunter

We found that Belle Glebe and Mark Tooth were very easy to deal with. Mark seems to understand the situation from the vendor's point of view and also from the buyer's point of view and is an excellent go-between. The fact that Mark Tooth organised the upgrade of the property was a critical factor in our choice of him as agent. Everything he does facilitates the whole sales process. He acts decisively in all the practical aspects and is easy to contact.

We bought our property through Mark Tooth four years prior and had a very pleasant and easy purchase process. It was handled with the utmost professionalism. Four years later and after experiencing two other agencies (on different occasions) who conducted below average campaigns, we decided to hold onto the property. Mark had become a friend who we would bump into regularly and who had also listed (and rented) our property on Stayz. At no time did Mark seem aggrieved that we had gone to other agents. We approached Mark to sell our property based on a no sales campaign and to just run it through their database. Within a week a buyers agent viewed the property, their clients followed the following week with 3 inspections and we exchanged that same week with a 28 day settlement at the price we had always wanted to achieve. There was no hard sell and we felt Mark worked for us and not the buyer. It was the easiest sell we had ever completed and we praise Mark and his team for their professionalism, their patience and their care in selling our home. I would highly recommend Mark Tooth and Belle Property to anyone. We are very very happy with the outcome.

I really felt I could trust them with every aspect of the sale, and the result they delivered was exceptional. Mark's advice and local knowledge was amazing, and all the suggestions paid off on Auction day! Mark and James worked so hard, nothing was too much trouble. I recommend Mark Tooth, James Cahill and the team at Belle Property Glebe wholeheartedly.

The whole process could'nt have been smoother! Great teamwork and professionalism, thank you.

Mark was approachable and reliable and worked well with me to get the result I hoped for. By far the most pleasant real estate agent I've dealt with in Sydney.
