Buying a property is one of the most nerve-racking processes. Mark has made it all easy - he makes the time and effort to conduct open inspection based on our availability; he is thorough and prompt in responding to all our questions and requests; he has a good balance between vendor and buyer interest and works for the best outcome for both. Thanks mark and team for helping us to secure our dream home.
Honest , professional, and caring. Easily the best agent in Monash. Communication was excellent
Mark have been very helpful and acted professionally in all aspects guide me with the purchase, definitely use him for buying or selling properties. A big thanks to Mark!
I could not have asked for a more professional and genuine Real Estate agent. I have been searching for a 'Home' since May, I've met a lot of Real Estate agents just looking to sell even if it's an absolute dog box and who don't listen. Mark was so lovely and honest and up front. Thank you so much for your help, support and for making us feel heard and at home.
Mark went out of his way throughout the process of selling this property to be honest and authentic. His style is refreshing in comparison to his peers.
The experience with our agent Mark Watkins was a very good and successful one. From a vendors perspective, selling our lovely family home to downsize, was a big deal. Clearly professional and experienced, Mark was always polite, honest and attentive, keeping us informed and updated at every turn, and readily available to answer any queries and work through each step with us. Thank you Mark Watkins and all at Belle Property. We highly recommend your services and would use you again. Kind Regards Carmela & Geoff Costabile
Mark has given me exceptional service. His attention to detail is excellent, his communication is always reliable and informative and his advice has been invaluable. I think that Mark has gone way beyond what I expected and always with a sense of positivity and humour.
The relationship with Mark began after a cold call, during which Mark arranged to show us the property (that we ended up buying) outside of the scheduled open house inspections. We felt that Mark was approachable, enthusiastic and straight. On that basis, a good level of trust developed. We are perhaps a little different to many buyers, but Mark worked with us as much as possible to make sure that the initial assessment and then purchase of the property was carried out in the best interests of both the seller and buyer. Although Mark is primarily employed by the seller to act for the seller, we found that he remained contactable, honest and pretty open in facilitating the offer/acceptance process to the benefit of both parties. He's continued to be engaged with the process after the sale. I'm happy to recommend his services to both sellers and buyers.
Very easy to work with, honest and reliable. Mark had a very good read of the market and provided excellent advice and direction during the process.
Mark Watkins, I can't speak highly enough about him. His approach to us and our house was excellent. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Mark and Belle Property to any new clients.
Mark is the most genuine and honest guy I have ever seen. He always answers our questions timely and provides some effective feedback. We really appreciate his help!
Mark is the most genuine real estate agent we have ever met. He always respond to our questions timely and patiently, and helped us each step of the way during our buying process. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.
