After a number of experiences dealing with various property agents, Mark is the most professional and helpful by far. He not only has made our buying experience easy and pleasant, he went out of his way to give us advice on other property purchases (like building inspection and renovation). If you want a responsible and responsive agent, Mark is it. I cannot recommend him enough. Thank you Mark.

I found Mark to be very commutative honest and friendly .. he went out of his way to help me buy my unit ... his experience also the the building industry was very valuable ..top bloke !!

We found Mark to be very intuitive with his understanding of exactly what we were looking for. He has great local knowledge and has a passion for the real estate market and finding his clients the right place. His communication with us has been outstanding and thus far the whole process has been stress free and seamless. Nothing is too much trouble and it helps that he is such a positive, happy friendly person who gives us the impression that no problem would be insurmountable.

Mark was very easy to work with. He was empathic in his understanding of our needs and thorough in his technical advice. All this meant he helped us achieve a successful, fast, effective transaction.

We have known Mark for a number of years since Mark first helped us with a purchase and subsequent sale of our house, and we keep going back to him because of the results he achieves, and his inherent nature to help in any way he can. The sales campaign of this most recent property was very smooth and issue free, and concluded with a very successful auction. In summary, we’re very happy in the way Mark conducts himself and the results he yields, and happily recommend him as your agent.

I would recommend Mark as a real estate agent to anyone. He and his team offered great advice throughout the process of selling our house. Mark was always available to discuss things and provided great feedback after open houses. He offered realistic advice without pushing. He went above and beyond in helping keep our house presentable for open house after the birds kept digging in the garden. Thanks to Mark and the fabulous team at Hocking Stuart

I recently purchased a house through Mark. I was looking at a number of houses at the time and I was particularly impressed with how easy it was to deal with Mark. He was very sincere and I did not feel like he was telling me what I wanted to hear in order to get the house sold. It was a very easy transaction and I am very happy with my house! I would highly recommend Mark.

Mark Watkins from Hocking Stuart was extremely courteous, communicative and friendly throughout the marketing campaign through to the Auction, with great a result. He knows the Mount Waverley area well and guided me through various questions and offered and gave advice when required. I would recommend him and his staff to any potential vendor.

Mark helped us securing our first property. Being first home buyers we were nervous but after talking to him throughout the open inspections we thought we are buying the right property. Mark is a great guy to talk to and he knows his job really well. He is honest with his opinions and his market knowledge is superb.

Mark Watkins is an enthusiastic real estate agent who is attentive to details and kept us updated on a regular basis about how the pre auction marketing was proceeding. He responded to concerns that we expressed about cleanliness of the unit after cleaners were employed and also about the staging. These issues were addressed. He was generally very friendly and helpful.

Mark has shown his good knowledge and enthusiasm to help us buying this property. We like his work and really appreciate his patient listen to our requirements. We will recommend him to our friends who whats to buy house in future.

This was our first time dealing with Mark and it was a pleasant one. He communicated very well and was very knowledgeable within the Mount Waverley zone and surrounds. The process from our first interaction until the end was smooth and professional. Would recommend and would not hesitate to deal with again.
