Mark and his parents have been known to our family for a very long time as Hockingstuart Mt Waverley is literaly around the corner from our house/property. I know Mark and his parents to be honest and upright people who do not distort or embellish in order to get the job done. They simply tell it as it is and not try and pass a sows ear off as a silk purse or sell a silk purse as a sows ear. Mark provides good timely advice and keeps you up to date. On auction day he apparently did a very good job as evidenced by a friend and the price obtained. I was not present as I do not have a poker face and therefore chose to be away from the site contactable by mobile phone so people could not read my emotions. In all I was very happy with the only comment was sometimes Mark would indicate he would call you back shortly and it would be day or two later. Mark was a good friend to my mother for a number of years before her passing often stopping to chat with her. Her instructions were to use Mark for the sale of the property and I am glad that we had. It is unfortunate other franchises of Hockingstuart are in the media for negative reasons as Mark and his team are a credit to themselves and there franchise. Jim Peachey
