I had a home I was trying to sell in Mornington with another Real Estate agent for around six months with no success. I've dealt with Real Estate agents a few times selling properties and Mark is without a doubt the best I have dealt with. His knowledge of the market is incredible and his ability to negotiate a great sale price is impressive. After six months of non results, Mark took over the property and after a couple of weeks of making the changes he recommended to the property, he literally achieved a sale within the first week the home was on the market at a price above what I was expecting. I can't recommend him highly enough.

Mark is very approachable and kept me fully informed of the progress of my sale at all stages without being overbearing. As I am not local this was greatly appreciated. He was also of great assistance in dealing with the solicitor. I would have no hesitation in recommending Mark.
