Well, my review title kind of says it all - Brad Boyd was BRILLIANT!! I am very big on communication (OK, I'm a pain lol), and Brad is too. He answers queries immediately, which I LOVE. He answers the phone/emails, or calls back asap, which I LOVE. He gives honest feedback, no pressure, and is very knowledgeable about the area. Michael Prentice was the person that took on the job and managed it from start to finish ...His guidance was spot on it wasn't the easiest for him as it was outside his " area " of suburbs, but he just got to it ran the campaign found the right way to "show" the property and results were won .
