From the moment we met Mark we felt confident...

From the moment we met Mark we felt confident that we were dealing with somebody who understood our property and could get us the result we hoped for. We haven’t sold a property for 17 years and he clearly explained how things had changed and what we should do to gain the best price possible. Throughout the campaign he called us nightly to keep us updated and most importantly he personally attended every inspection.

Mark Williams was our agent, and we were very happy with our sale result. That can be attributed to Mark's professional advice which was appropriate and proved successful. He always had time regardless of how busy, to answer questions and to make sure I understood the process. His follow up was relentless and communicated with me constantly which I appreciated. He was aware of some family disputes and handled everyone on the day with understanding and humility. In general, he was a true professional in his field and a delight to do business with. I would thoroughly recommend Belle Property to anyone who asked me. Five star.
