Good communication, professional conduct and expertise in the local property market.

I chose Domenic and Malcom at Dingle Partners to assist with selling my property, as they were genuinely invested in ensuring that I received the best possible outcome in a volatile market. The guidance and advice received was communicated effectively and promptly. From the engagement of a brilliant photographer, to the open for inspections, although periodically intense, I felt supported throughout the entire process. Even though the campaign was challenging, with Domenic’s skilled negotiating and discussion of strategy, this resulted in a successful sale. Domenic demonstrated his extensive knowledge of the local property market and conducts himself in a personable and professional manner. I would highly recommend Domenic if you are in the market to sell or buy a property.

Michael has good communication skills and gives excellent advice.

I enjoyed working with Michael. He has a sense of humour and with his excellent knowledge of the property market, his relaxed approach is better than a forceful "I KNOW BEST!" Just before the deal closes, he moves quickly, making sure you know what's happening. Always pushing for the best outcome, I appreciated his help.

Robert kept us informed and provided very good advice. His knowledge of the market was appreciated.

We were very appreciative of Robert's abilities to negotiate on our behalf. While a little disappointed with the sale price achieved, we accepted the fact that there had been a significant downturn in the market, given the uncertainty generated by events in the Middle East, and concern over rising interest rates.
