Mark is great

I had a home I was trying to sell in Mornington with another Real Estate agent for around six months with no success. I started looking for a new Agent and as soon as I spoke to Mark I realised he was someone you can trust. There is nothing fake in the way he communicates, he tells you exactly what he thinks and what needs to happen for the best possible result for the sale of your home. He is easy to chat with and provides regular feedback on what is occurring so you are never left wondering what is occurring. I've dealt with Real Estate agents a few times selling properties and Mark is without a doubt the best I have dealt with. His knowledge of the market is incredible and his ability to negotiate a great sale price is impressive. After six months of non results, Mark took over the property and after a couple of weeks of making the changes he recommended to the property, he literally achieved a sale within the first week the home was on the market at a price above what I was expecting. I can't recommend him highly enough.
