I first met Marko on day two of my formal search for a downsized property in Berwick, Vic. I knew what I was looking for:- a home with ambiance and an established garden; good location near transport options, freeway, shops and parkland; preferably near my church, family and friends and in a court location. I responded to an advertisment featuring 9 Thirlmere Crt, Berwick and arranged to see this PEAKE R.E. property. Marko was the first contact selling agent and I was impressed by his warm, personable manner and his willingness to assist me when he saw high potential to make a sale. Marko focused on assuring me that whilst other bids had been made day one, the previous day of showing, that I would likely be a/ the desirable candidate as I had sold my property on acreage and would be in a position to not require finance. He left no stone unturned in seeing that I remained engaged and was most helpful in fielding questions and ensuring I received timely answers to all aspects of the sale process and in reviewing the house. This attention to detail persisted with him kindly checking on me when I contracted covid the day after moving (08.02.'22) and subsequently. Recently 03.06.'22 I was delighted to find a potplant on my doorstep as a "Happy Birthday" when for that week he was in charge of the office, hence demonstrating that he goes above and beyond the call of duty. I have no hesitation in rating him highly as an outstanding employee.

Marko has gone above and beyond from the day we met. My communication was always responded to in a timely manner, no matter the day or time of the week. He always followed up when he said that he would and I never had to chase him for anything. Being an agent myself I had expectations of how I would have like to be treated and Marko meet every one. Keep up the good job Marko.
