Let me start off by saying I was probably the vendor from hell (sorry again Marnie). Like many home owners wanting to maximise their sale price, I thought I was the expert on how to best achieve that outcome but I was (sadly) wrong! ‘You need to trust me - I know how to do this’ she said.
