I had interactions with Marnie at a few open house inspections I had attended and she was always approachable and open with her feedback and observations. At those times I hadn’t had intentions of buying, just keeping an eye on the market. Very recently a house caught my eye which I took a liking to but it was out of reach, or so I thought.
