From the initial coffee to all of the interactions and communication between Connor, Brendan, Veronica and Marnie, it was polite, factual, informative and most importantly honest. We initially had higher expectations of the sale price but during the lead up to the auction, Marnie kept us closely appraised of the buyers (and their sentiments), the fluidity of the market (February 2020), other properties similarly placed in terms of location, amenities, price guide and turn-over times in order for us to make an informed decision to accept one of the 3 offers (after some negotiation). Whilst we didn't quite get what we were hoping for, I believe given the market, selling on the 22nd day of the auction campaign (a week before the auction date) for almost our pre-determined reserve price was a good result in hindsight. Marnie's team were excellent in organising the marketing, copywriting and subsequent feedback from the digital marketing campaigns also. I would definitely recommend Marnie and her team, especially if you are considering selling in the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney.
