She went out of her way to arrange two short-notice inspections for us, which was particularly appreciated given we were keen to move quickly. Throughout the entire process, Martika was genuine, straightforward and transparent in her communication. She consistently kept us informed and was always available to answer questions or provide an update. We never felt pressured or that we were being given anything other than an honest view of where things stood. The negotiation process was handled exceptionally well. Martika worked hard to communicate between both sides, understand what was important to each party and keep the process moving constructively. Her professionalism and persistence helped us reach an agreement and secure the property within a week of it being listed. Buying a home can be a stressful and uncertain process, particularly when trying to move quickly, but Martika made the experience significantly easier.
