Martin did a fantastic job during the selling of my property. He was able to do what 3 other agents failed to do ie actually sell my place. He did exceptionally well managing my difficult tenant convincing him to keep the place clean for inspections. The inspections were quite frequent as well especially during auction preparation period. I liked his positive attitude and his persistsnce. He was able to come up with the auction dtrategy which worked after the traditional method had failed.

Martin has been nothing short of amazing, as has everyone at Century 21 Castle Hill. He kept us fully informed at all times; was happy to meet up at a time that suited us, even when it was outside of normal working hours; talked us through the offers we had received and explained what he felt were the benefits and possible pitfalls of each buyer; and all done in a friendly and efficient manner. Martin is an excellent agent and his knowledge in the field is exemplary. He comes from a builder family background and that explains his knowledge of construction. We were first home buyers and being migrants, our knowledge of the field and how it works in Auatralia was very limited. Martin guided us at every step. Every time we were stressed he helped us. Especially the night before the settlement, he spoke to us at odd hours and ensured every concern we have is addressed. He was very transparent with us about the condition of the house. He informed us about everything good and the bad and thus there were no surprises when the inspection report came out. He has all the qualities you expect in a real estate sales agent (humorous, easily approachable, excellent communication skills) but what sets him apart is his knowledge of construction and his honesty.
