A great agent, very attentive to detail and absolutely honest. No false hopes or BS stories, straight to the point and spot on with his assessments and advice. House sold within 30 days, he highlighted the positives and but didn't deny the negatives. Kept me fully informed of what was occurring and provided great feedback. My partner and I have been so impressed we have listed other properties with him. I highly recommend Martin and have recommended him to my friends.
